has been saved of a dismantled townhouse at the Calle Real of Los Llanos and has been then attached to the studio...as like as a conservatory the warmth of the day is getting stored, it gives shelter against wind and on a hot day it could be easily ventilated by opening the plenty windows of the balcony...the idea of a 'Balcon Canario' is to view & to watch and is now a very special part of the accommodation of guests staying at 'EL BALCON'.
